Bean, as the next friend and guardian of Kelsey Lynn Herrig and Natalie Sue Herrig, filed a multiple-count complaint against Appellee Farmers Insurance Exchange to recover compensatory and punitive damages, as well as attorney's fees and interest, for alleged bad faith settlement practices.
